Iford Manor and its Garden

Iford Manor near Bath in England is an old house enlarged and given a new facade in the 18th century.

The surrounding garden was created by landscape gardener Harold Ainsworth Peto who lived here from 1899 to 1933.

The terraced garden covers a broad hillside rising up from the River Frome.

The wisteria is particularly famous.
