Royal Infidelity and Richard III's DNA
Studies of the DNA of the skeleton presumed to be Richard III show clear continuity in the female lines as genealogists trace them, but something wrong in the male lines. Richard III (if it was Richard III) did not have the Y chromosome found in contemporary descendants of Edward III. So, somebody's royal wife was cheating. Naughty, naughty. Bad queen.

Shock! Awe! Genuine surprise! Whodathunkit?
Oh wait, we're still impeaching presidents for having mistresses as if we honestly didn't expect it?
Ahh, humanity...
