Dry Season
The forecast calls for temperatures over 100 today and tomorrow, and we have had no rain for a month. This is starting to take a toll on plant life, like this dying tree along P Street in Washington. So far the only towns with water issues are the ones with such feeble systems that they have rationing every other year, but if this keeps up for a few more weeks we could all be under hose bans.
