Your Anti-Depression Mantra

I was watching a costume drama, all the commercials obviously targeted to middle aged women. There came an ad for a new antidepressant, much like other ads for antidepressants, alternating images of women in the before state, sadly staring at the wall, and the after, playing happily with their children or laughing with their friends. And then text was displayed across the screen that had nothing to do with anything the announcer was saying:

NO SWEATPANTS
