The Truth about Performance Reviews
Everybody who has every participated in the system knows that performance reviews are a farce. As Samuel Culbert explains, every study ever done of these systems shows that they measure only the boss's opinion of his or her subordinates and have nothing to do with actual performance.

I GUESS he missed the point. My bosses opinion of my performance IS my performance.
