Moscow Refinery, Again

The Moscow oil refinery today, after a massive Ukrainian attack with several different families of drones and cruise missiles. Part of the point has to be for residents of the Moscow urban agglomeration to see that this is happening.

Update, 22 September: Reuters reports that both main crude processing stacks were hit, and the whole facility is offline.
