The really great thing about this radar image is that it has looked just about the same for two days, and it is forecast to look like this all day today, too. I'm sitting right under that tentacle of rain between Washington and Baltimore. We have already had the worst flooding in our neighborhood since we moved in nine years ago, and we may well get more.

And the Rain Goes On
