They never miss a chance to push their agenda, do they?
I guess that's to be expected when you come from a tradition of extreme zealous proselytism. And I suppose I should be thankful they're as restrained as they are today, compared to how they were in even the relatively recent past.
Still, personally I think the major religions of the world need to learn some tact and restraint. They're like pushy salespeople trying so hard to earn commissions that they actually drive people away and make things markedly worse than if they had done nothing at all. Everyone involved would be happier and better off if they'd simply make themselves discretely available to those who want their help, and let the rest of us go about our business in peace.
