Bad Luck
On the Philippine island of Bohol, more than 5,000 people are still living in tents after a severe earthquake struck there last month, killing more than 200 people. Now they are directly in the path of Typhoon Haiyan, which is making landfall as a Category 5 storm with gusts of of up to 170 mph (275 km/h), making it one of the strongest storms in history.
