The Smallest Vertebrate

Paedophryne amauensis, a recently discovered frog that inhabits New Guinean rain forests. Yes, that's a dime it's sitting on.

Anonymous said...: This is interesting. Last summer my husband and I kept finding miniature versions of pond frogs. They looked exactly as you would think, but tiny, tiny. We could find nothing on the internet like them. Hmmm.; January 16, 2012 at 2:07 PM
