That cheap urban housing article is very interesting. It's hard to imagine many of the proposed changes going through--just imagine the public outcry when the first resident in a ventilation-rule-relaxed building dies from CO poisoning, or something similar--but the overall approach still holds some promise for a very bleak problem. Thanks.
