Born in France, Dulac (1882-1953) spent most of his career in Britain. Most of these illustrations were done in 1904 to 1916. "Alone" comes from an edition of Poe's poems (The Bells and other poems) illustrated by Dulac. There's a Calla facsimile edition, as well as the Rubaiyat and other books illustrated by Dulac (and Rackham, Clarke, Nielsen etc).
Thanks.
