Sculpture of King Arthur by Rubin Eynon, installed last month near Tintagel Castle in Cornwall. It's eight feet tall. The title is Gallos, which is Cornish for "power."
It's part of a "re-imagining" of the landscape by the folks at English Heritage who control the site, along with a face of Merlin carved in stone and a footbridge meant to evoke Arthur's sword. Personally I love the idea of a sword bridge, because it is one of the ancient shamanistic elements that made it into medieval legend, and I think this statue is cool.
