Ludwig Rösch

Ludwig Rösch (1865-1936) was an Austrian painter and lithographer whose online presence is mostly limited to thousands of copies of this one image: Pilgrim Chapel, St. Stephen's Cathedral.

So I looked him up and a few other nice things, but nothing that compares to the Pilgrim Chapel. He lived all over Europe – England, France, Spain – part of the international elite that dominated the continent before World War I, much like the international elite of today.
