The Supreme Court
ruled today that Abercrombie & Fitch violated Samantha Elauf's religious freedom when they refused to hire her for wearing a headscarf to her interview. At the time, it seems, a headscarf violated their dress code, which they call their "Look Policy." They actually changed this policy years ago and paid compensation to three people they discriminated against, but it's still nice to see the Supreme Court affirming religious freedom by an 8-1 vote.
