The New Champion of Cute

    My first impression was that it looks like a hyrax, often referred to in English translations of the Bible as a "hare", but absolutely not related to actual hares.

    Then I looked up the critter on Wikipedia and learned this "Ila Pika" is itself actually related to real hares!

    Funny how things work out sometimes, no?
