    So... a less immediately understandable term for "clarification"?

    Seems a bit... antigenerative.

    i found that same word in the same place (more or less) and use it with ease. i like it (versus clarify), in that it has the denotation of establishing unique semantic interpretation, whereas clarify frees from obscurity.
