The Unknown God

Unearthed in a Roman period site on top of a Turkish mountain now known as Dülük Baba Tepesi. The sanctuary is mainly dedicated to Jupiter Dolichenus, but this isn't him.

    looks a bit like corn in his left hand. the flower motif is pleasingly precise.
