Egypt's new constitution passed this week with 98% support, not surprising since the opposition boycotted the vote. A young westerner living in Cairo, asked how things under the current dictatorship were different from the Mubarak era, answered:
its the same!
but worse!
and everyone is happy!
because the revolution was scary and unpredictable!
