The Online Collection of the Penn Museum

The University of Pennsylvania has an extraordinary archaeological collection in its museum, including some of the most famous artifacts from Sumer and ancient Egypt. They have now put thousands of images of those objects online, along with information about them. It's an amazing collection, where one could while away hours. Above, a copper goat's head from Sumer, 3000 to 2400 BC.
