The Tullie House Museum in Carlyle has a new exhibit of artifacts from the forts along Hadrian's Wall, and a
nice interactive map which allows you to explore sites along the western part of the wall, with pictures of many interesting objects from the sites.
I like this stone relief from Housesteads, depicting Capricorn and Pegasus, the emblems of the Second Legion Augusta. The wall was built by men from three legions -- Second Augusta, Twentieth Valeria Victrix and the Sixth Victrix-- and they left many signatures of their work.
