In the December Woods

Back out at Quantico again this morning, looking for an elusive colonial plantation site. We have found two 19th-century house sites, which are all over the place out there, and a 20th-century dump. But so far only two colonial artifacts. (These are 19th-century.)

The colors of winter in this part of the world: gray, brown, a few splashes of green.
