Two Days to Go

Fortunately for my mental health, I will be in the field Monday and Tuesday; if I were in the office I would probably spent all day staring pointlessly at election news. So far as I can tell, though, Romney's late wave has crested a little short of what it would take for him to win. Unless there is something seriously wrong with all the polls, it looks good for the President. America's most famous statistician, Nate Silver, is showing the map above and these results:




For those of you who find a 15% chance of Romney as president too scary to contemplate, Sam Wang of Princeton is showing Obama with a 98.2% of winning.
