Whoa, I think they changed that Wikipedia article since I checked it last week. Anyway, I could swear that a week ago it said Krugman. Either way, your attribution seems indeed to be the correct one.
Funny that we seem to have both checked the Wikipedia article on Atlas Shrugged in the last few days.
