Secondly, the same is true if you only frisk "young" men, or those who at least visually appear young, or perhaps even just those wearing "urban" or "youth" styled clothing.<br /><br />And thirdly, the unmentioned elephant in the room the truly kills the notion of any randomness, is that this practice was quietly but incontestably targetting primarily minority individuals.<br /><br />Still, I suppose the point is moot, given these numbers.G.
